Description
This is based on a drawing my older brother did years ago, along with a bunch of others that will be uploaded in due course. I've referenced older robot master poses, but lets face it, a lot of them are in the same old position anyway.

Tap Man (Faucet Man) was created to help out with nautical scientific experiments, but was reprogrammed by Mega Man to aid him with his efforts to overthrow the city with these water experiments.

Tap Man can fill his battle stage with water to any level he wishes with his giant chest tap. His arm canon allows use of Aqua Shot, a solid bubble that can withstand pressure. It can be used out of water as a platform and underwater as a vehicle.
