How do you Move the Head and tail With out Moving the other body parts and not mess up on the shading when you move it ?

You have to be really careful, and if you do mess it up, you have to redo it or re-draw the part where it went wrong.

First you need to draw your thingy and the frames. If the drawing has white on it, you'll need to change the background colour to something that isn't in the drawing (eg: on my journal doll above, I made the background orange)
Now..
1. Go to iaza.com
2. Upload the first frame of your animation
3. Look under the column "Mix" and click on 'frame animation'.
4. Upload the frames after that, if it moves up and down, you'll have to rewind too. (eg: Frame 1, Frame 2, Frame 3, Frame 2)
5. Choose the speed and how many times you want it to loop
6. Done, It now moves
7. Under "create" click on 'Transparent'
8. Click on the colour you want to make transparent, click done
9. It is now transparent and animated

Click on the image, right click it and save it as a GIF file
Im pretty sure if that didn't help that there are some tutorials.

You have to put the same colour on each frame.
