thats just whats happens. have you ever tried with that gear where you can lift items and others, to grab and thrown of the edge of something(or did it against your friends) me and my friend had a battle about it to see WHO could throw eachother out first. i won

i can't say i've ever purposefully done that but I have played slap volleyball in which a friend and i passed a third friend back and forth through slapping. Β that resulted in laughing the hardest i had in a long while.

thats also super hilarious if you have enough friends playing. else its just slapping contest. i've tried where my friend tried to slap me but i kept dodging by running back and forth and jumping over him. i ended up being the one slapping him

i remember when the first of my friends learned to slap and the rest didn't and he was this horrible slapping tyrant. Β we all had to learn to slap to survive.

I like the Doctor Sackboy. "Fezzes are awesome."
Should do one about the tools in LBP 2. Seriously, some of them are insane. ESPECIALLY the hazard tools.
PLASMA, PLASMA, PLASMA, PLASMA, PLASMA, PLASMA, PLASMA, PLASMA, PLASMA, PLASMA, PLASMA, PLASMA, PLASMA...
I like the comic. Funny 'cause it's true. Your sackboy is able to grapple others but you're not heavy enough to act as an anchor.

RoochArffer In reply to SporeRedland [2012-08-29 05:55:44 +0000 UTC]
we've been calling them "the villain" and "the doctor" but that works too
usually musketeer guy has on shades and a goatee so he's not quite villain-y enough here as I removed both of them for the sake of being able to show the face better and laziness

The goatee is the trademark of villainy
Vis a vis he be an enemy
To the protagonist a stinging anemone
Is he a doctor because he is wearing a fez, a hat commonly associated with the Shriners of the Children's Shriner Hospital?

he wields a frying pan of doom but almost had a hook for a hand I think
and yes, yes of course
where else would i possibly get that association?

SporeRedland In reply to RoochArffer [2012-08-29 20:40:11 +0000 UTC]
Fried eggs are far scarier than hooks. You never know if a hook will get you, but you know eggs will eventually cause you to have a heart attack if you eat enough of them. Dooooooom.
Ooh, or is it perhaps because he has taken the Puppacratic oath to do no harm? No one with a cool bow tie could do harm.

As opposed to the quick death of a malevolent salad.
Pssh, he can't harm anybody. He's a puppet. Living in a puppet world. Without puppet nerves. Or a heart within which he could feel remorse for the horror of his actions.

RoochArffer In reply to SporeRedland [2012-08-30 05:29:19 +0000 UTC]
is it poisoned salad?
and I dunno, he seems to look pretty horrified when he dies... especially if you change his facial expression to the most scared-est before you get yourself killed
π: 0 β©: 1
SporeRedland In reply to RoochArffer [2012-08-30 06:25:47 +0000 UTC]
Salad forks are not meant to be used on the salad, they are weapons to be wielded by it.
Not the most scarediest face. That's the worst kind! He should get puppet insurance.
On the upside, he can only die by falling off of stuff. That is an easy fear to pinpoint.

RoochArffer In reply to SporeRedland [2012-08-30 07:58:12 +0000 UTC]
i see, we've all collectively forgotten their original purpose then
we should clearly spread the word
technically he can die by drowning, fire, electrocution, plasma, falling, and having things fall on him

SporeRedland In reply to RoochArffer [2012-08-30 13:01:27 +0000 UTC]
That's only the beginning. You know chopsticks, pizza cutters and toothpicks? Aw, man. You don't know the half of it yet.
But... puppet man. 0A0 That would make him so very toast. Speaking of which, you should have him face the ever looming threat of the great toaster.

RoochArffer In reply to SporeRedland [2012-08-30 21:04:26 +0000 UTC]
if he was made of bread that would make him toast but i believe he is currently made of a fine cotton weave of some sort

Now I am thinking of him as a dashing southern gentleman introducing himself to a dance partner at a party.
"Ma'am, that is a fine cotton weave you've got there." And then square dancing happens. But alas they are not squares and so he must admit that he is not a puppet being of this world at all, but an invading squarelion. Then time-traveling fez puppet appears and they have to work out their differences in a crowded townhouse with eccentric neighbors.
Boom. Sit-com.

I won't pretend I can tell various British accents apart
still, I would most probably watch that because time travel and fez

A villain with a British accent and a French mustache. It is the ultimate combination of evil.
I think British accents are a lot like various southern U.S. dialects; you can tell they are similar but that each has a nearly impossible to pick out sound distinction.
I've listened to a lot of people around here in Nebraska and I'm pretty good at picking out general differences like Cockney to Australian or Louisianan to Texan.
Speaking of time travel, sorry about the response delay. I got stuck in a massive amount of college.
Impressive fact: for the first time ever, our dorm consists of at least 20% avid gamers, including more girls who play video games than guys. What is this anomaly in the space-time continuum? (our floor has to scale back the size of Super Smash Bros nights and move the excess over to another guys' floor)

Can you pick out a Californian? ~_^ What does a Nebraskan sound like... I have no accent association with that location
and haha, I'm always slow at responding so no worries
I am told school tends to do that. especially when video games are also involved.
and I bought Guild Wars 2 the other day so.... if you don't hear from me... now you know why haha

SporeRedland In reply to RoochArffer [2012-09-02 03:38:57 +0000 UTC]
I do not know the accent of the Californian people.
Nebraskans say "fir" instead of "for" sometimes. We say "are" and "our" the same way, arr. Stuff like that. (the accent of Larry the Cable Guy is not even accurate for country dwellers here; he is very liked in the state for his generosity though)
Gaming should be good this year once we all get to know each other. The first step is actually getting everyone out of their rooms to meet people. I swear that I live on a floor with a semi-sedentary species of freshmen.
Oh, that will only keep you busy for like forever because MMOs are MASSIVE. I don't think you have to worry about avoiding finishing that one.
Watched a friend play through Mass Effect 3 yesterday. Garrus and Tali have good conversations.
T = Commander!
G = Shepard!
T = We were, uh...
G = You see, I got one of my mandibles stuck in her visor.
T = Yes! And I was concerned about ruptures for risk of disease and infection so he was helping me...
G = Yeah... to check that out, make sure it was all, you know, okay.
T = Yes...
[Shepard speak happens]
G = It's good to know I'll have something to come back to.
T = Come back to? This is just a fling, Vakarian (right spelling?). I'm just using you for your body.
G = You're so mean. I like it.
[and then XD happens]

We possibly, like, totally say like too, like, much.
i would probably be one of them except not a freshman
also yeah when I bought it the cashier told me to say goodbye to my life and have a nice time
noooope. nope nope nope. Tali and Garrus nope. Garrus and my shepard yep. because garrus is hilarrius. also shepard is not subtle with the flirting
the conversation i remember between tali and garrus is this
G: Do you ever miss those talks we had on the elevators?
T: No.
G: Come on. Remember how we'd always ask you about life on the flotilla? It was an opportunity to share!
T: This conversation is over.
G: Tell me again about your immune system.
T: I have a shotgun.
G: Mmmmaybe we'll talk later.
I do miss those elevator conversations...

I guess it depends on what you like to say. C:
There are so many shut-in game people...
It is the truth of the matter. They require constant vigilance to stay up to date on the latest upgrades.
He was a male Shepard dating madame blue and scaly. Apparently it happens with a male character no matter what unless he is hooked up with Tali.
I wonder if interspecies relationships are strange in that world. I've never seen half-and-half kids.
They seem to be best of friends. Dysfunctional friendly friends.
BioWare has a good history with character interactions.
