After all, the screaming lady in the background will be there to "persuade" (as in, threaten) the unwanted onlooking "fans", should they want to do some more staring.

The perspective is... odd, to say the least.Β
First we have the swim coach. While in the right angle, who is she scolding? Same with the onlookers, who she's supposedly scolding (who are clearly facing left, and aren't facing the direction of the coach). One approach is to widen the canvas, so that there would be more room for the angle to take full effect. Β Another would be to reposition the background characters entirely.
