I love his sort of bubbly design! The SA one looked sorta boxy, but this has alot more rounded look. It almost makes me wanna hug him. <3

do you have problems with smearing the page with your hand when you shade? if you do try and keep a piece of paper between you and the paper

Nope, I usually don't touch the parts that I'm shading with my hand, I only touch it when I'm trying to hold the picture still.

Thanks man! It's been a while since I've actually drawn Chaos. I used a 3d rendering of him as a reference for the shading although I could have done better! XD

Holy fudge...the shading! o_O Do you use one of them paper sticks to smudge it together? Can't spell the name and too lazy to look it up, but if I'm lucky you'll know what I mean.

Nah, I didn't use the shading sticks (because I dun have the money T-T), but I DID find a nice household item that is extremely cheap in stores that supplimented my needs! (Q-tips ftw!

Heh heh heh! Just remember not to touch the tips after smearing and only press heavily when needed or the cotton will come off of the stick.

I think it's cool, but some of the darker areas need to be done more, and the out line. Then again, it is a water thing...so I don't know. But I do feel the darker areas need to be shaded a little more XD Otherwise great

Ok, so I'll be real tough on this one ;D Why? Because I can. AND J00 CAN'T GET ME IN MAH CANADALAND.
Anatomy-wise:
First thing I noticed, is that Chaos' feet need to be longer, and his "toes" need to be flatter. Next thing, his "fingers" are more like claws, thus sharper. And -MAYBE- (now I think this is the reason, I don't actually know) you should give him "eyebrows"? Well, you know, not eyebrows, but that thing male characters have above their eyes. His tendrils are perfect, don't have anything to say about them.

Being tough on them is like shaping a diamond. In the end, you have a very beautiful and valuable gem.
Anatomy-wise, I see what you mean. I was working from a 3d rendering of him so that would explain his feet being kinda small. You must remember the since he is a liquid life form, he can mold his fingers from being sharp to more finger-like. I see what you mean about the "eyebrow" lol I tried to make it more visible. You may have to zoom in to see it.
Other-wise:
Transparency is one of my BIGGEST flaws that I need to improve on. lol I should have used a 2d pic...maybe that would have been better...

Hmm...thing is, I think you DID (along with the E-101 P.S.P.) make him look 3D, so even though there are minor flaws, I think you still did a very good job!
