Adorable! I like the fabric folds a lot. She's super cute.
I might suggest that if you worry about drawing hands (as the pose suggests), just go for it! Looking through your gallery it seems like a lot of your hands are hidden. The only way to get better is to just draw them, plus then people can see where you struggle and give you help.
