Might I ask where this is from? Is he an OC and if so did I just stumble across another of your comics to read?

He is an OC! He's from an old story of mine called "Half moon Diary" which is basically the story that evolved into Soul to Call, but the two plots and casts are so different that I consider them completely different entities now.
Half Moon Diary never became a comic or anything beyond a bunch of pictures, though.
