Belarus from Hetalia <3I wanted to draw a female country since i always draw the male ones (all my fave characters from hetalia are male XD)
I like Belarus too though even if shes a bit frightening .. 0___0

I tried using what you taught me for highlighs on fabric DX Doesn't work as good with pencils.

It usualy works better with copics or any kinda acidic based art marker. But with colored pencils its a bit tougher >_<
