She's not that kind of people who mess with anybody, and she doesn't like to see people suffering, so she always tries to help everybody (and she fails most of times).

-She's a friend of Totoko. Yes, not a really good one, but she gets along in a way with her. She's friend with Chibita and Hatabou too, and in this case yes, they get along really well.

-When Reiko got fired from her job, she conviced Chibita to hire her so she helped him with his oden stall. So yep, she actually works there.
