OKAY i just installed it
aaaand it didn't work for some reason

so i decided to try follow the instructions on uboachan
it didn't work either D': (those things in the first step ain't installing properly)

yeah, i think so
the game works

but i can't wake up or go to the effects menu or anything
and apparently that's because the japanese characters aren't showing up properly or something

i installed that applocale thing
it didn't do anything. :<
