Description This is one of those pics that I dreaded when I had the project lined up, not because I don't like the idea of drawing Kappas but because they have been done so much with so many different designs and it was hard to decide whether to go for cute or creepy.

In the end, I opted for both. They're supposed to be child-sized anyway, but I liked something that appeared so ominous and could offer so many different narratives depending on the viewer, just like the Kappa of legend xD;;

Hehe thank you. I really liked making something so ambiguous and yet cute xD;;

It would be interesting to do more with this one, though I may work on the design a bit more as I build up their role in the Tenmyodo universe over time.
