the flute guy on the upper left is really baddass. but it looks like his one hadn is a little akward? its completely covering the flute and holdng in his palm, but when a flute is held its not gripped so much. hard to explain, sorry XP

Is the top row a team? They all have a similar style about them. And all seem to have the same type boots on. They almost look like they are in some sort of rock band.

Some poses seem unnatural though (the third character for example), but I know it's difficult to do it
You may try to draw the "movement line" (don't know how to say it in english) first, and then add limbs according to it. Don't be afraid of the curves ^^
