A year ago while I was drawing Celly's eyes for a vector,
I noticed something about them, their "thickness".
I realized in that moment that Celly uses some kind of eyeliner
so her precious eyes can be distinguished from her white face.
This idea lead me to develop the parody you're seeing today.
At first it was just going to be Luna acting like the Joker
due to her terribly wrong applied makeup (the one from Celly).
That was the true reason that drove her to act like him
while she visited Dashy in the hospital.
But later, I decided to add the alternative "pink Celestia" ending
because I recently found out that Hasbro™ has been selling
pink toys of her... (¬¬)
