It depends. Remember Teen Applejack ? That's around 12-13. Your standard G4 mare/stallion is something like 20 (18+ for certain, for being 'young adult'). MLP Wikia says Apple Bloom was officially written to be 7 at the start of the show, so it should apply to the rest as well.
Right now with 7 years of run they'd be 14, but they still have the same body, so I'm willing to bet they're no more adult than they were in the start.
