Yes I just saw the announcement of the New Legend of Zelda. I love the new art syle and I am hyped again
So I just made a sketch of the new Link to get into the mood of the game

Little bit, but the general style of attire in Wind Waker was still very Hylian anyway. I don't think the culture of the world ever really strayed from traditional Hylian culture even after Hyrule was flooded.
