In terms of drawings, I went WAY simpler and more cartoony this time. I started it this morning, so I'm pretty happy with how productive I was today.
The music and all the voices (yes, ALL of them) are by the super-awesome Hyadain.
As always, I'm working on the sync.

Listening to the audio made me realize something.
You must have done the recording by microphone, did you?
Well, I have an MP3 version of "The World Warrior" that was ripped directly off of the Youtube Video, thus resulting in a more volume-friendly audio. x_x
But according to the comment above, it seems you don't have much plans to fix this. Oh well.
Also, having a fast computer really made a difference. A bit too much of a difference.

Well, a little bit, especially I took the advice you gave one guy and watched it on Newgrounds while it was better.
BTW, I recongize the traditional Grim Reaper and IIRC, the blue haired girl is from YuYu Hakusho and the blond-ish guy's from Bleach. So who's the other guy that Dhalsim hit?

Very nice! I love the Hyadain music, and I love the Street Fighter Franchise, so this is two good things in one. I mean, I've never been good at Street Fighter, but I love watching other people that are good at it be awesome.
As a side note, I think this would be a good video to practice lip syncing with. It's a little boring without any syncing at all, and you could probably learn a lot about it if you practiced doing it with Japanese.
And lastly, have you seen the Street Fighter IV trailer that they showed at E3? Goddamn incredible stuff.
