i like the pic you drew. you did an amazing job. I drew a pic of john5 as well but know one made any comments on it i am really diapionted. my pictures is are unkown art. eve if their negatve i dont mind no comments are worst than rude comments.

i understand the sentiment. i have many a pics, especially lately, that seem to garner no comments nor criticism that make me question the usefulness of this site. quite rightly, considering many artists gather "rave" reviews due to who they are as opposed to what they have done or how they have grown. i can't say that i will always comment on your stuff, as i rarely come here any more, but keep trying to find others to take a look and work with you.

Okay, all I can say is that I don't think I see too many John 5 portraits, and this is absolutely top-notch! Have you checked out "Songs For Sanity"? It is AMAZING as well.

John5's solo album is great, he's a hell of a lot more varied than you'd expect based on just his work with Manson. Not that he wasn't good in the band, it's just I never expected to hear him do some of the things he's done on it, especially the blue grassy song, but I love when artist do that.

That's really quite amazing, what median did you use for the coloured bits? I am sad he left, just like Twiggy (My personal favourite). The Against All Gods Tour would have been double as cool if only he had been there. . .

I love that pic....his eyes are great and I love how it is all it is all black and white except for the tattoo. Did you draw this by hand and then scan it into the computer? Great work, I'm adding it to my favs!

nice, it's good. like everyone else has said, i like the grayscale with the splash of color. unlike everyone else i would like to critique it. the purple eyeliner is too solid. if you were to have it fade out, it would greatly improve the picture. also i don't kno if you meant to do this, but i see many random lines in the shirt.

merci...yeah, the eye liner was trouble...the left eye turned out better than the right...his left/right....and the random lines, i have no excuse except i don't have any graphite paper to smooth everything out...it turns out that way due to the shading...but i very much appreciate you taking the time to look closely and tell me what you see...i agree whole heartedly with you sig...

the more i read from j5 himself, it was a mutual thing...he wanted to do his own thing, and manson, much like with twiggy, didn't want him to do something his heart wasn't into...contrary to most reports, j5 says they've talked since then, and it wasn't a "bad break"...they're still friends...
