Spook-tacular!! Another super manip! I love how you incorporate your flames into the final drawings. I guess, they're drawings. Do you use a tablet? Do you make the fractal with a particular shape or form in mind? I am always amazed at how you do these! Best of luck in the contests!

very little of these is 'drawn' this one did use a little more as i emphasised the teeth etc using the dodge and burn tools in photoshop.
i usually dabble with random batches to get a vague shape what i can use for something and go from there
i do have a tablet but i don't use it very often of late and not at all on my fractal manipulations they're all done just using a mouse
when i get a little more time i shall whip up a basic tutorial on how i make say a basic flower arrangement in this sort of style and see if that helps anyone any

i'm avoiding looking at the literature entries until the contest closes that way all of them will get an equal chance - i think this year looking at things the entries are of a higher standard than ever before
its ok we all miss things and you've probably been flooded with notes

well they start off small fractals for me but when i start piecing them together they can get a little out of control at the moment i've been working on some more figures
