Yeah, that guy!
Well it wasn't a very respectable parody to begin with hence it wasn't really all that memorable.
I think Cat Man from The Fairly Oddparents fared a little better and is at least up to par with the Adam West version of things.

Yeah there are a lot of characters that are parody from other superheroes. Snowman is cool though, but he doesn't do much.
