Finally! I don't make only pony plushies for MLP!!! And he shape-shifted when I took a picture of him ewe

But enough chit chat. This one's for too. When he asked me to do a Thorax plush, I was afraid I had to make the LSD version. You know, that: . I know I said that I wanted to make every single species from MLP, but that was before Season 5 and that was fine. But then came Season 6 finale. And oh boy that made me change my mind. I find this design just godawful, it hurts my eyes so much it reminds me the Wilson Wilson scene in Utopia (if you don't know what I mean, go check this series). So yeah, now I'll make most of the species from MLP, the ones that I really like the design, cause the LSD bug ponies are just so painful in the eyes and that finale was as anticlimactic as I don't want to acknowledge this 2-parter anymore.

It was really fun to make, yet once again. You can't see on the pictures, but the holes in the hooves are actually there, really holey, but they're really small so you can't see them that much. And you know what I used to keep them holey? I cut homeopathy tubes and sanded them with my Dremel at the right length, then placed a little piece of minky inside and sew everything in place. So yeah, unexpected materials and methods for some unexpected commission.

Thorax is made out of Black, Teal and Ash Minky Cuddle 3 from Shannon Fabrics and metallic organza and was hand embroidered.
