Put a number in the box in the bottom-right corner and feel the calmness wash over you... You can also use the mouse to part the drops. Ver2: Use the arrows to change the quality and amount of the blur. Also can use other arrows to change colour. Ver3: Control wind direction with specified arrows. Click 'Custom drawing' to go to draw mode (very easy to understand)

Okay this took ages so I made a new Deviation and a new sexy icon! The custom drawing will come out pixelated because of the way I did it (the only way according to the NG forums). The rain isn't complete because if you put it up too much it will appear in a stream. I also suggest putting the brush thickness up a lot more because it's really hard to see otherwise.
