The best advice I can give is, keep trying! Trust me, it took me the better part of two years to get where I am now. And I'm still improving. You can do it, it just takes a while! 0v0
ANother thing is, try looking for drawing inspirations. Things that you admire that will help build up your style, if you're really interested, it helps a lot! For example, this webcomic called Homestuck and its fandom really helped me develop my style.
