I know you're not trying realism so this may be a bit redundant, but one thing that always enhances drawings is trying to use all the shades from white through to black (not just white and grey)

I really admire how you potray his expressions clearly. They are very identifiable, & really displays his personality quite well .
I especially adore your pencil style. The lines are smooth & solid, and the shades are even smoother & has pleasing texture. It's a wonderful work indeed, great work

I have to agree with some of the other comments I've read, the clean lines and the shading are done nicely. I especially like the shading on the hair on the back of the head. Nice work.
