The Alex Ross influence is unmistakeable, but anyone whodoes realistic hero pics is compared to him these days. It's still a compliment though!

I am pretty much keeping everything under wraps until I start pitching the book. While his powers won't be anything new the concept behind the story is, so I need to keep it all on the hush hush.

do you use photo reference for your backgrounds? just curious. Amazing pic though!

I used a book I had on New York, I based the city off some of those building. I drew everything in and then used the book to get a feel for the buildings I wanted and what they look like during the day.
