you know, I knew I was wrong. but so are you, it's the honourable late sir Jose Louis Garcia Lopez. we stand corrected. Kori's face in the upper right panel looks Doranish, but in the panel below that, very Garcia Lopez. I must be getting old.

And let's not forget that Starfire has been equally cursed in love by the DC editors. She's had what 1 forced (political) marriage. Husband later KIA in battle. Marriage #2 to a resistance leader when fighting to regain her planet - come to think of it he was also KIA (died resisting a Sun eater if I recall). Not sure if we can call it jilted at the alter by Nightwing as technically an evil Raven prevented the cerimony from completion. And for some reason I think there is a husband #3 who also fell in yet another cosmic crossover series, this time KIA heroically saving Kory to let her warn the heroes of Earth (either 52 or Countdown - after all these retcons it's easy to lose track).
As for Nightwing (then Robin) and Batgirl (Barbara "Oracle" Gordon), they were a couple long before Starfire came along. Technically Kory is picking up Dick on the rebound after a break up (was never quite clear on the reason) with Babs.

To be honest with so many retcons, it's getting hard to keep track.
While we do not get to see any formal dates, we do see signs of affection / budding romance in old Batman Family issues. The one I recall is their first in cannon kiss, while Barbara was a temporary (read mid term appointment)Congresswoman in Washington DC. Come to think of it, that may also set her as being older than Dick as she would have had to have been at least 25 at the time in order to take office. (I recall the story only due to Mike Grell art, cheesy Benedict Arnold's ghost storyline, and the setting. I suspect it's been retconed to the dust bin.)
In the Batgirl, year 1, we also see what could be described as a working date where Robin and Batgirl were patroling together.

batgirl year one was created after new teen titans so i wouldnt classfy it as any type of date since in the orngal comics it never came up . It was just a thing dc did

It deals with the TV version of Starfire and Blackfire. It's a comic of Blackfire tricking Star into walking outside in a towel. But then she pulls the towel off and locks her outside naked. What do you think? Might you try to draw it?
