Description Here is one that I complete in 2.5 hours pencils and inks in Manga Studio. I call it Spider-Man movie because I recorded this to show you the process on Youtube. You can watch it on my channel at MrRamstudios1 if you would like or just click here [link] . Let me know what you think of my drawing of the old web head as the great Stan Lee likes to call him.

Have a great one and as always....More to come!

This is Fan Art and is property of Marvel Comics created by Stan Lee.

Very very good spidey my friend! Your unique style really shines through here while also portraying certain similarities to many of the TASM greats! I see a lot of Ditko here(mainly in the way you did the webbing), but also a lot of McFarlene(which, coming from me should be a great compliment as his art is what got me into drawing) as others have said before me. It's got a real visual impact as his art always does. I've always thought his art sort of jumped off the page and attacked your eyes(in a good way) and that's what yours does here! But you also display your own unique style which is great all on its own! I wouldnt mind if you drew for TASM! My main problem would have to be spidey's left arm. I think you tried some foreshortening here but it kind of falls flat. It's not too too bad but some imorovement wouldn't hurt(and I say this with the utmost respect. I live your art a lot!)
Also what someone else said, the thumb in the same arm looks kinda weird. Could be a bit bigger.
One other small, small thing is the right leg. It kinda looks out of proportion but that may just be me.
Overall, this is a freaking amazing spiderman (see what I did there?)! Keep it up RAM! I love seeing your stuff and good luck with BlackStone!

Thank you so much for the awesome comment. I am honored to be mentioned with any of those great artist. And I do see what your saying about the proportions. I have to work on that. It is one of my weak areas. I need to do more of my structure lines before going to finish work. Thanks again and I will continue to try and improve on old web head!

I think you have done an outstanding job on this Spidey. The most important success is that the drawing is dynamic... It shows motion and action, as opposed to being too static. I think this is so key when the subject is Spiderman! In my opinion, your style of Spidey looks really classic, almost like it's from the 70s, but with new clean lines, mixed with Farlane-esque web style (which I love). I think it's really well done my friend. My only minor critique would be left web-shooting hand has a slightly mis-proportioned thumb... it's tip could be bigger and the whole thumb could be bit more extended away from the index finger... the joint looks a bit close together to the finger. Very small feedback for what is overall a great, dynamic drawing. Bravo!

Thank you very much. Very cool words. And I do see what your saying with the thumb area. I will try and work on that in the future. Again, glad you like it and please stay tuned for more.

there have been honestly a few artist to me who it ihnk ever hold a candle to the legendary Steve Ditko, those that include McFarlane, Bryne, [Gil] Kane, amongst others and this to me is one fo thsoe rare times in life where i tihnk you understand the spirit of Spider-man. I love the shading, Webbing, and pose. the propostions are jsut wonderful. I would love to see you along with a few others on here to work for Marvel, andlove your take on old webhead. I Think Stan "The Man" Lee would be proud! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Lick)"/> Ram this is truely AMAZING.

It was my first "Black & White" conversion of this type.
Needless to say, that I'm not 100% satisfied with the results, but being that you like it... I feel much better about it now.
I will continue to do conversions and with time, I only see my conversions improving...
Thanks
