Jagdtiger is kind of tricky because it is so huge. Not sure I was totally accurate. I probably would have done better to put in a panzer III or IV, since those tanks are a good middle ground for armor.

Yeah, maybe so, especially when it's not in a perfect side view (don't know if you know it, but you can change the type of camera in Sketchup). But nonetheless it gives a pretty good impression, shows especially good how small the Hetzer is! Scary little bugger! Mut've been sooo cramped, but then it's great top hide!

I am familiar w/ the sketchup camera mode. It is very handy depending on what style of presentation you want. Like straight side view vs. dramatic close up.
BTW, I finally dipped my toes a bit into World of Tanks. There is a free mobile version that works great on my wife's ipad. I was right about avoiding it till now... that game is very dangerously addictive for me! Worked my way up to a BT-7 and Panzer III in one (very lazy) day. Your hetzer comment reminded me... One cool thing about that game: basic knowledge of actual tank tactics totally applies. For example w/ hetzer, being tiny and having sloped armor everywhere.

Haha, here they got you! If real tactics and design features are a point it seems like very addictive for you!
By the way I just saw a trailer of an upcoming pic (dunno the name but it was with mister Pitt) of WW2 tank crew.
Sounds interesting but I am not sure if it'll be...Fear it won't. You heard of it?

YES! What I saw looked very cool. The movie is called "Fury" which is what the heroes of the film named their Sherman tank. Takes place in Germany in 1945, so the tone seems to be very realistic and de-glamorizing tank warfare. Expressing how exhausted and fearful of death everyone was at that point of the war. Perhaps it'll even show how truly dangerous tanks were, and how horrible it was die inside one. This was the initial impression I had.
But I'm excited that the subject matter still seems to be popular. I might go so far to say that the existence of WoT might have something to do with that. All bodes well for OPDS appeal.
