I Love love love Galaxia. She's such an awesome villain and in the end if you think about it she can even kick sailor Moon's ass (sailor cosmos is the one that saved the day and such). So... I made this wall thinking about what if she actually had won the final battle and gotten all the star seeds on earth.
The image I use in here is vectored from like 3/4 different sources. I really don't remember where they are, as this wallpaper is from last year and I kinda lost the links
