Description After World War I, King George V's eldest son the Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII who abdicated in 1936) visited Canada in 1919 and rode a 1914 Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost limousine during his tour of MontrΓ©al. The car, which had originally belonged to tobacco tycoon Sir Mortimer Davis, stayed in Canada after the prince returned to Britain and was owned by other aristocrats and tycoons. Fortunately, it has survived into the 21st century and is displayed at the Canadian Automotive Museum in Oshawa, Ontario.
