삼일절!Last year, on my visit to Seoul, I saw Yongsan-gu decorated with Korean flags to celebrate March 1 — the anniversary of the 1919 Declaration of Independence. It took over 25 more years to achieve independence from Japan (which had annexed Korea in 1910), and many Koreans died as martyrs for freedom … best wishes to Korea from America.
