Second Iconset release for AndroidAll I did was take mikebeecham's "HD Icons" [link] and add subtle shadows, highlights, and a custom frame.
These work really, really well with Desktop Visualizer [free on the market]. They can be up to 4x4 on your screen and still look fantastic.
