Portuguese people will recognise this at a distance
In Portugal, almost all taxis are Mercedes. Since always. There are a new few taxis from other manufacturers but mainly they still are Mercedes.
Back in the day, there were lots of these Mercedes 300. When i was a kid i remember coming from the disco lots of times in one of these, with a big big white driving wheel, white seats, and the old man never got the car out of 2nd gear lol
