Species: Duel Dragon of Magic and Fire
Occupation: Living Deity, Land Bridger, Egomaniac
Personality: Ambitious. Amoral, insane, egomaniacal, genocidal, Unintelligent, blunt, delusional.
Likes: Lava, Magma, his wyverns, power, dark magic, "helping to unite all of Lithmela"
Dislikes: The other Dragons, Ice, limitations, opposition, being called out on stuff.

Edit 12/1/2020: Updated and changed his design. Orginally the red/orange/yellow stripes were random creaks but I changed them to fiery swirls. Also I changed the horns and made him a bit more bulky. Parts of his design were changed to resemble his "daughters" Aska and Night's designs. Aska and Vulcan have long snouts and black spikes running down their backs. I have yet to finalize Night's design.

In Lithmela, there are roughly 15 Dragons with roles similar to the Avatar in Last Airbender but instead they control only one element or facet of the world. Dragons are incredibly hard to kill and normally live for hundreds or thousands of years. However if two Dragons fight they will often die battling each other. Their titantic bodies decompose together and from the decay the Duel Egg hatches. The sucessive Dragon carries both elements from its predessors. When the Duel Dragon dies, two eggs will form, each new Dragon weilding a singular element.

Vulcan hatched after the fight of Cinder, Red Dragon of Fire, and Magh, Black Dragon of Magic. Vulcan matured quickly and gained a good understanding of his powers. His predessors had feuded for centuries before killing each other, bringing great destruction and divide to Lithmela. Vulcan decided to unite the world, literally. He committed to creating landbridges leading from each of Lithmela's continents, Drecel, Falx, and the Under Realm to the Center Isle. Completely unaware to how that would effect global ocean currents! The Blue Dragon of Ocean lead an army composed of warriors from around Lithmela to intercept and kill Vulcan. The Duel Dragon met his end and was suceeded by Aska and Night.
