Sorry guys, I couldn't resist to post this! I wanted to post my Naruto fanart all in once, but this was the one I finished first, it took me only half a day, because I used pantoni and Ecoline, my favourite media
and I couldn't rexist to post it...Others are still work in progress, I try to color them between a page of Slip Kid and the other...
I need to extingue all this inspiration soon 
So here they are, sand's siblings as they never was in their chilhood.
Even if it's quite simple, I think it's one of my best coloration!

Holy cow! Aaaaages ago (in 2008-ish) I saw this picture on a different site and fell in love with it. I had just gotten into Naruto and rediscovered drawing and this picture just... I don't know, I loved everything about it! The adorable innocent moment, the way you drew the clothes, how Kankuro has his face markings and puppets in such a childish way, Temari's protective hold on Gaara, all of it! I even set it as my computer wallpaper for a while as motivation to draw better! When I got on deviantart I tried finding it and never could, and then tonight I randomly came across another Sand Siblings pic in your gallery, and then this!
I am sure that was a fairly pointless story, but I just couldn't believe I found this pic so many years later. And I guess I have to say thanks- there are few single pieces of art that have had such an effect on my artistic motivation as this one.

...I could go on about coloring and the execution and what-not, but I won't. Instead, I'm just going to wibble over how beautiful this picture is, how amusing it is to see little Kankuro scribbling on his face, how sweet it is to see little Temari huggin' her youngest brother, how adorable it is to see little Gaara happy and crazy-free, and how absolutely heart-breaking it is to know that this was never possible.
