For people wondering, the German sentence there saying "Du fetter Widerling!!!" can be translated into "You fat sleazeball!!!"
Though the world "Widerling" actually comes from the word "widerlich", which means "disgusting"(/gross/nasty/etc). "Widerling" is the noun form for it. Literally, it means "Disgust-ling" xD
