well i was inspired to (try at least) redo this animation:risingdiablo.deviantart.com/ar⦠by he gave a great critique, but i had realized i havent animated anything in months and am hella rusty, i tried i really did, but yes i can tell it still feels like its not right? thoughts? tips?Related content

Overall, the animation is good. But at the end on how he points his sword is an obvious flaw. Also, I think the sword's holster should be a little bit longer considering on how he holds it horizontally. The only advice i could give you is to give more animation on the hair at the end on of the animation to make it more fluid.
So i give this 8 out of 10. Keep it up dood.

i'll keep those in mind next time, yeah the sword at the end is a glaringly obvious flaw, i was trying to make it look like he turned it, but it just didnt come out right. thanks again

Pretty good for rusty but right at the end then he points his sword, it just feels like it needs to be tip instead of being pointed flat.
