ok I spent way too much time on this….so it’s like this au where instead one of the past ninja failed and the sorcerer was free’d and destroyed the ninja mask, so immortal cowboy guy and nomicon had no choice but to go to desperate measures, specifically get a bunch of teenagers as the resistance.
buncha notes on this au
- randy joined at a young age because of his pure of heart, brave beyond reason shtuff
- only some adults are in it, the rest of em are slaves
- bunch of the monsters are kept at the Colosseum to battle any captured resistance members
- all members wear a scarf
- randy is their battle, parkour, weapons expert
- randy joined at a young age
- heidi was recruited for her info. gathering skills
- howard couldn’t let heidi go alone so he tried to join too, he failed most of their tests until he defeated their best strategist(debby kang) in a game of chess
- howard isn't really the fighting type he’s more of their strategist/con-man/smooth talker/master of disguise guy

yeah the resistance includes alot of other characters(mostly the supporting cast that are teens and some adults) but some characters(like theresa, bucky, julian) joined later because they were being used as monsters in a stadium
