Description You know who I haven't drawn in ages? Balthazar!

Balthazar is a Belsar, one of my few original species first made in 2012 ;u; I miss drawing him so I thought he deserved at east a coloured sketch in my recent collection of submissions.
Belsars are a CLOSED species and you may not create your own, the only way to obtain one is to adopt one from me whenever I release adoptables of these guys which I haven't done in quite a while! However there is one baby belsar left in a batch I released ages ago if anyone wants him/her:
