He's sort of based on the original Spock.. but also on Zachary Quinto's Spock.. can't really decide which one influenced me the most because a) this is a chibi and b) they do look like they could have been seperated at birth O_o eerie or what?

actually, he's an elf! I made a picture of star trek christmas and Spock's mad about his vulcan blood which gives him elf ears, uhura's in love with him nonetheless, bones tells jim he's a doctor, scotty complains about wanting to be rudolf, and finally, jim is telling them not to ruin the photo op.

...but Christmas IS illogical. I fail to see the humor in that fact.
Have you seen the animated series episode "The Survivor"? Although I haven't seen it, the novelization has a really hilarious opening scene involving eggnog-intoxicated Scotty showing Spock his plans for a four-dimensional X-mas tree. Therein, Spock reveals that he's allergic to nutmeg.
