For some reason, I like the fact you decided to make this on MS Paint. It looks quite fine, I only feel bothered about her nose looking not too visible and her lips being so small. I would suggest to make the lips look more feminine by starting on making them bigger, and making the nose more noticeable too. Just look up for Jill reference and you will see good samples.
