What program is this? Does it take a 3D model and allow you to manipulate the animation so you can capture the frames and resize or something?

Yes this is XNAlara but its really difficult to me. I just set the position of the characters step by step just like sprites and then I use photoshop to add the saved images as layers, then create animation in timeline. I just have a hard time to add the suitable poses to the character (for example to make a complete stance animation)
