Don't know a thing about owl anatomy but wanted to make this as an celebration of Syntac's Ultimate Ark finally continuing on Extinction. 
So this owl thingy is called an snow owl from Ark Survival Evolved and on the original series when Extinction came out, Syntac made an awesome looking mutated snow owl called Niteowl.
Really should get back to playing that game but I prefer drawing right now...
