Hes only spoiled around a General he met(who ive yet to name xD) the General was raised in a family who believed in Hibiko but after he didnt appear they abandoned hope so he was completely out of the loop xD so Hibiko acts kinda spoiled around him because now the General feels he should have believed more but the new Hibiko(this guyyy) makes him not feel so bad xD
