This is a gorgeous photo, although I feel like you could have cropped out the black at the bottom since it doesn't add anything and I think a panorama-like shot would have been more visually appealing. More detail in the water and the docks also would have been nice, but that's seems hard to acheive with most digital cameras. Overall, I love your sense of color and composition in this picture!

Thanks a lot for your very inspiring and constructive comment.
For the panorama i completely agree with you. But the problem is that both right and left side of the photo were really distracting and uninteresting. I also tried a horizontal crop of this square photo, but i think it lacks this empty space at the bottom which adds some intensity to the colors and shape.
