Really awesome fills. I have the book now...and am cogitating. Takes a bit of cogitation to figure out what to do, what to do.

Thanks. That is for certain, the first thing I did when I got the book was put it on the table, and for several days open it to the pages I was going to do... stare at them... then close it again.

I just finished...it's really a glorious book. The Happy Foot is terrific as an image/construction. But because I was going too fast in my looking, I did not realize the changes in the text until today, when I was poring over every little detail in the book. That good, that sharp!

Things are going too fast here. Have to slow 'em down a bit. Whoa, Nelly!

love those dancing feet, like watching a secret show! the crushed frame bundle seems a little unsettling to me

a secret show, that's great, thanks!

And I appreciate the comment on the frame, that was a little different for me. I felt I almost threw too many ideas down on this spread - I think I stopped in time.

what i meant to say was: i cut out that gold-colored picture frame from the newspaper (Sunday New York Times), then tore it into pieces to make the collage on the left. but when i turned a couple of the pieces over to put the glue on, there were those eyes! from stories on the other side of the page. and i liked the eyes, so i put the glue on the side i had intended to have showing, and... there it all is.
