I'm not sure why, but the profile of the
bearded fellow reminded me of Bob Dylan.
I'm happy you find the piece so likable.
THANK YOU!

Great watercolour, I was attracted first by the title, then the painting itself but the song did it!!! Thank you Sir.

I can only hope my painting doesn't
poke fun a Mr Dylan. He was quite a force
in music ~ seemingly, just when it was needed.

THANKS for you comments; I'm happy you like the
painting too. His lyrics to that song (and there
are a couple more stanzas) seem to still ring true...
today.

WEll, thanks Coco. I just left a group with the
word Quirky in it, can't think of the full name,
as they kept rejecting my things. Maybe this piece would
get me back in! You may want to look up about 3 responses
to get more of the story...if you don't know Dylan, as
truly I DO NOT either. Have a great day!

Yeah! Like, WOW, there's another million groups to join!!
Really. I had the laugh of the month when a bird group went
into my gallery and snatched the cute lil' pic of the
Chickadee. The name of the group? :Tits & Chickadees ~ I
kid you not. Yes, they're both bird names.

That's a nice way to look at it. I really don't know
if anyone gets the title, and truly: it could be any Bob.
But the last time I saw him on the tele, he was higher than a
kite on cocaine and could hardly speak! (And as far as I know, he's
never been able to sing.) Probably cruel of me...just not one of
my favorites, although he could probably make it as a poet. Guess
I could almost say: IT PAINTED ITSELF. His spirit was in the paper.
How are things going with you? I'm happy to say that Obama's ratings
are climbing over Rommney. I'm too poor to vote for a Republican...

Wish we'd get your rain. Yes, very sad without Alex around.
Didn't know I could feel so...low. My fears of flying are again
surfacing with some chronic anxiety. We have a flight scheduled
for Oct 18th etc etc to visit him. Alex, being a psych major,'
understands my prob, and says I don't have to come. Haven't
flown since April 2001, and many, many trips before that, to
Mexico, Canada, San Francisco etc etc...but now out of practice.

About how many miles? OK: kilometers? (never heard of John o'Groats!)
and approx. how many £s? Just curious. Trains (rather:Train:
Amtrak) are quite expensive here too.
