What has happened?

James has been refusing to pull a goods train, and even arrange it himself. Nickolas & Andrew were tired of James' complaints, Ricardo came and tried to reason with him but to no avail so they started arguing. Ricardo called him a lazy red cow that wants everything to be just like he wants but then James retorted back saying that he's a useless oversize old Yorkshire, he called him a waste of steam that shouldn't be around where it doesn't concern him; he even told him to piss off. So shocked, Ricardo reversed out of the yard, Andrew & Nickolas started arguing with James about why he's so stubborn, but he told them what would they know; calling Andrew a buzzing blue whale and Nickolas a good mook for nothing. Despite being so far now, Ricardo heard everything and his boiler starts to bubble in anger; he's not going to let James get away with it, and before the three engines could start arguing Ricardo races towards James calling him a piece of Sh*t and a mother f*cker, in a very furious. Ricardo pushes James through the buffers causing him to derail, and he snaps at him telling him that he's done with his rubbish excuses, he then leaves the yard in a rage with his eyes shut; disappearing out of sigh. The two engines looked back at James gasped about what had happened and left like a dummy.
