Description

Here's Penny, dressed up and ready for her days with the Monster High Perfect Ladies Society.
I'm not sure that I'm crazy about the colors on her outfit (or that disaster of a hat), but I didn't want to do pink or blue since there are other ladies in pink and blue already. So blue is really just her accent and pink makes an appearance.

I'm also not sure that I'm happy that she's predominantly polka dots. Usually she's got more stripes and diamonds, but polka dots struck me as more lady-like and feminine, so I went with it. I may change it later, since I had wanted to include plaid too.

Anyway...
Penny felt that maybe surrounding herself with other ghouls might help her fit in a little more.
