This is an awesome piece.
I especially like how he seems to be holding on so casually, in a way... I mean, his tail provides good balance, true, but the way he's wrapped around it and yet... standing up, makes it seem almost... comical?
The positioning isn't too bad, although I would have preferred it if it was positioned more to the right, although I can understand if you wanted to capture all of the tail and all.
I do feel that you could separate the background from the foreground more, though, so that the impact is greater... perhaps you could increase the contrast, add a vignette, desaturate the background, increase the saturation... there's loads of things you could do, but you may not have the tools and I don't exactly know where you stand in terms of post-processing.
Interesting, nevertheless.

The photo was taken at an aquarium, so it was in a glass box?
I was unable to take a photo of it from a different angle unfortunately
I will try editing the photos on photoshop, and see how it tuns out
If it turns out well, I might update the photo
