UPDATE (28/10/2012) I managed to get a better picture, this one is far clearer, yay!

This is Amy Lee, lead singer of Evanescence! The image I worked from is in the booklet from their new album (Evanescence).

Bad things: I think I definitely improved since the last image, although there are a lot of problems still. The lips look very flat and there are two lines around the bottom of her nose that aren't in my drawing which is a little weird. I also think her chin might be too big where I shaded the wrong line.
Medium things: I changed her eyelashes, they're really dramatic in the original album photo but whenever I drew them that way they didn't work in the drawing. There is more shading but it must be really light because my camera never seems to pick it up.
Good things: I like her eyes. I think my improvement is visible there. I think the overall shading in this image makes it stand out from the paper more.

I started this last year (2011) at the same time as I started my last, the finish date isnt quite accurate (it was the date that I realised that I hadn't put a date lol). It's a bit weird uploading this now because I finished it so long ago, I really think I've improved more since this - my work, I'm happy to report, doesn't have as many problems.

Anywhoooo, let me know what you think! I use pencils from 4H to 6B and I think this took at least 20 hours.

Currently working on a Tomb Raider Underworld piece and several others. I have a tendency to discard a lot of my work or not upload it if I look at it and only see errors, but I'm working on that
